Why did we choose to establish ourselves here? Because the climate is ideal, the soil is unique and the produce this extraordinary region provides is exceptional. All of this is the result of years of dedication, careful selection and continuous improvement, which have made Puglia one of the regions most specialised in the production of durum wheat semolina, the foundation of all our pasta.

It is no coincidence that we chose Puglia as our home, as the region is the cradle of durum wheat semolina production and is renowned for a product of exceptional quality and flavour.
