He starts since young to be aware of eggs, flour and water: he spends most of his afternoons to do "after-school" in the pasta factory of his parents, demonstrating immediately an inclination for work and above all an extraordinary passion for pasta.
This entrepreneurial attitude will soon bring him to the take over the company in 1981, after acquiring the right work experience.
The Pastificio Andalini is his second daughter, to whom he dedicates all his time and attention.
